Seeing how I have a lot to catch up on this whole Blogging thing I am going to try and do the Valentine questions here in March
What is his name? Scott
How long did you date? He came home from his mission in October, and we were officially engaged Nov. 16…. (Dad’s Birthday)
How old is he? Younger
How old are you? Older
Who eats more sweets? Duh…I am eating a chocolate kiss right now.
Who said I love you first? He did
Who is taller? He be taller
Who can sing better? No question he can!
Who is smarter? No question he is book smarter….sometimes I can figure out things quicker….very few…but I can sometimes
Who does the laundry? Mainly me. But he and the kids help dirty them
Who does the dishes? kids
His guilty pleasure? He is still a kid at heart. Video Games and computer stuff.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? He dose
Besides you, who is his best friend? Shawn
Who cooks dinner? Who cooks anymore?
Who drives? He dose….real slow, but he dose.
Who is more stubborn? depends
Who kissed who first?He did!
Who asked who out first? He did
What was your first date? Watched movies at his parent’s house and ate at Subway.
Who proposed? He proposed, but I accepted with a card I had under the seat of my truck.
Who has more siblings? I do
Who wears the pants? I let him think he dose.
What is your favorite thing about him? There is so much. The same thing that I love also drives me crazy. I love that he is so generous. It has taken me over 10 years to realize that I only need to ask for ½ of what I need because no matter what I ask him to get he will come back with more than what I need. I give him a detailed list of what we need and he will always come back with 2 of an item. He also has never let me settle for the bottom of the line vacuum cleaner or washing machine. If he is going to invest his money into something he wants it to be nice. Now if I could just get him to invest it wisely :)

That Darn Cat!

Now this is amazing to watch a cat do this, but to have a 2 year old also fascinated by the whole concept is another story. The curiosity of the darn cat has not explored the concept of stuff going down with the water.http://summitprops.com/WaterLeak.htm

I am trying to learn this darn thing!

Well I am going to try and update you on the events for the Finlayson Freaks! I am forcing my kids and poor husband to join in with me on the Heart Walk on March 1st. It is only about 3 miles and I think they will enjoy themselves. I know so many of my co-workers are looking forward to seeing them in person after listening to me brag about what wonderful little people they are and after seeing this picture pop up on every computer screen I am working on. It also has been a great conversation starter with many individuals waiting in our lobby. Our goal was to practice walking, well it was a good goal. We went out once and well ready or not March 1st is almost here. (I can't wait for it to be over and done with)
Joshua-- Well he is doing great in school, Scouts, and his hunting Class. We have had notes from his teacher telling us of what a special young man he is. This last note he brought home told us how he showed sensitivity towards he teacher. He reported on his Hunting Class to his class but wanted to know if she would be alright with that because she is a vegetarian. She also was impressed that he would get up out of his seat to open the door for people bringing stuff into the room. Then he would also thank them for ex. making their valentine party special. My heart swelled...that's my boy. Then in his hunting class with his father he is answering questions meant for the adults and has impressed the instructor. once again...that's my boy (the little freak)
Kami-- well she is turning out to be quite the young lady. She is doing really well in school....they get them smartz from themz father. She is enjoying playing the clarinet and also singing in the Chior something she also getz frum her father.
Eryn--also know as ER ERyn. She is the child of mine that if something is going to happen it will happen to her. This past month she was outside playing and was hit by a Frisbee with a crack in it that hit her ever so right to take a chunk out of her pretty little face. We are lucky it is healing really well.
Becka--So beautiful and defiant! She is growing up so fast and has such a fun personality. She loves to color and is going to be an artist like her older sister Kami.
Kyra--the little booger butt is attempting to walk...sprints up the stairs and loves her family. there is a debate on who she loves more. When I am not around she cries for Mom...don't believe it because when Scott is gone she wants daddy or Cott.
Well that is all for now. I will learn more and post more . I will do great if I could only cut and paste better.

Josh is 11 and just started the 6th grade. Josh is a happy kid who loves life.....even if he is swimming in a sea of "estrogen". Being the only boy has some advantages. He has his own room and sisters that have friends.
Josh has been very excited about his Fantasy Football League he is setting up with his Dad. He has all of his fellow Scouts and leaders as well as family on his league. Next Friday is the draft and he can hardly wait. He loves to be the leader, to organize and to get the "ball" rolling. He had already asked the new principle if they are going to have a student council for the new school. So we will see what the year will bring.

Kami is 10 and in the 5th grade. She is exploring her freedom of the word "no" all over again. Unlike a two year old she is learning that her small choice bring far reaching consequences. It has been painful watching her grow up as well as fun watching her become the person she is (even when it is not the person I want her to be) This young lady has many talents. Unfortunately her biggest obstacle is an overwhelming desire to do nothing. But if and when she decides to do something...stay out of her way.

Eryn is 7 and is in the 2nd grade. Loves to be involved with everything. Not only that she has what I would call the "Denis the Menis" syndrome. She has an Innocent uncontrollable urge to touch everything, push every button and ask every questions she can. Many times I have used the phrase that she is "going to drive me to drink!" But in reality she is going to make me proud.

Becka Boo is already Two! She loves everyone! Especially Ms Jenny her sitter, Becky our neighbor, Sister Parker her nursery teacher and Kandi our friend. My little Becka has grown up so much in the past few months from being a big sister and potty trained. As many knows she loves to talk and talk and talk and talk on the phone. Her other obsesion is saying prayers by herself. She does so well as she remembers everyone two or three times

Our little Kyra-boose. So sweet. She loves all of her sisters and brother. And just like the others...Loves her daddy. Because she is our last I seem to be dwelling on all the new little stuff she does. This little one is getting ready to roll over. She tosses her leg over and her arm as she looks at me as if to say "I'm going to do it" I so much want to see is almost as much as I want to stop it. Once she does there will be not turning back. Kyra loves her toes. she will be on the floor or couch and will hick the legs up and grab her toes. Sings to them, it is so dang cute.
